Candidate Data: Name, email, phone number, CV, qualifications, teaching experience, Passport/ID, right-to-work information, References and referee contact details, Safeguarding and vetting information (DBS, police checks, etc.), Communication records (emails, messages, call notes).

School Data: School name and contact details, Role requirements and job descriptions, Communication history.

We use your data to: Assess suitability for teaching roles, Match candidates to schools, Conduct safeguarding and compliance checks, Communicate with candidates and schools, Maintain legal and regulatory compliance, and Improve our services and website.

We may share your data with: UK schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, DBS and vetting providers, Referees, and Legal or regulatory bodies. We never sell your data.

If you apply from outside the UK, your data may be transferred internationally. We use secure, encrypted systems and approved safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.
7. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary: Candidates (up to 2 years after last contact), Placed candidates (up to 6 years), Schools (up to 6 years), Safeguarding records (as required by law). You may request deletion at any time.
